Jonalyn San Diego is a Southern California based Filipino-American multidisciplinary artist born and raised in a small fishing village in Zambales, Philippines. A life-long self-taught artist, she values the deep connection that art can have with the human soul. Her work is inspired by the vibrant colors, everyday moments, and cultural memories of home. Jona's colorful and quirky mixed media and digital artworks consist of powerful messages, nostalgic sceneries, often graceful and at times bold, depicting the relatable and familiar immigrant stories that pull the heartstrings of the people who are able to relate to her journey.

Her creative work has opened doors to collaborations and projects with organizations including NikeLA, Shoe Palace, FilAmArtsLA, UPAAGLA, Ayta Dreamers Club, Directing Change, Rising Filipinas, House of Philippines Balboa, Kabataan Culture, Pain Sugar Gallery, & many others. Through playful, nostalgic, and culturally rooted artworks, she transforms her childhood memories and experiences into joyful visual stories.
